This disclosure explains your rights under the New Hampshire Consumer Data Privacy Act (NHCDPA) when using the CarryMe match system. CarryMe respects and secures your privacy.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
We process only local, client-side preferences (GamerTag, preferred platforms, games lists, role selections, and private simulated message scripts) necessary to run matchmaking calculations. Personal profiles are stored locally inside your browser's localStorage database.
2. CONSUMER DATA RIGHTS
NH consumers have specific rights regarding their personal data under state law:
- Right to Access: You can review the matches and settings stored in your client application at any time.
- Right to Correct: You can edit your parameters dynamically inside the "My Loadout" profile form.
- Right to Delete: You can wipe all local storage data, swiped history, and chat logs by purging your browser cache or using the Deck re-queue triggers.
- Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell user data, engage in commercial advertising, or perform profiling/automated decision making on consumers.
